Are you still receiving chargebacks?

If you are still receiving chargebacks and:

  1. You have checked the other FAQs on this matter around GDSN connection

  2. Your orders, POs are processed via a EDI connection

  3. You ship to Amazon by the pallet.

Then the GDSN may not be enough and you may need to follow this guidance below:

At the very least, Amazon will still require an ASN label to be applied to every pallet for GTIN receive, inclusive of the vendor name and location, delivery location, and PO numbers.
