I am getting chargebacks. Why is this happening?

If any vendor needs support for the data already synchronised and published to Amazon via GDSN, including a mismatch between GTINs being shared & ingested, you need to please ask to initiate a support request with their vendor central support as mentioned in the Amazon guide, page-6.
