My password has expired. What should I do?

Use these steps if you can't log in or if you get a message saying your password has expired:

  1. You can recover your password by clicking this link:

  2. Input the email address of the profile for which you are trying to reset a password and click the Send me a link button.

  3. Shortly after, you will receive an email that includes a link to reset your password. 


Subject: Reset your productDNA password

  1. Click the Reset my password button in the email and a webpage will open where you can set your new password.

  2. Once you have typed your new password, click the Set new password button.

The process is completed.
